Terms of Use
Effective August 1, 2026
Priefly provides educational evidence synthesis. It does not replace reading the paper, current clinical guidance, professional judgment, or patient-specific assessment.
Authorized use
You may use the service for lawful clinical education, research, and evidence review. You must have the right to submit each link or file and must comply with publisher, copyright, institutional, and access terms.
Prohibited submissions
Do not upload patient-identifiable information, medical records, confidential institutional information, malicious files, or content you are not authorized to process.
Accuracy
AI-generated summaries can omit, misinterpret, or incorrectly reproduce information. You must verify clinically important details, numerical results, eligibility criteria, limitations, and conclusions in the original paper and current guidance.
No clinical decision delegation
Do not use Priefly as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, triage, or emergency decisions. The service does not provide individualized medical advice.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Beta access, quotas, and features may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Attempts to bypass limits or disrupt the service are prohibited.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. It may be interrupted, changed, or contain errors. No guarantee is made that any summary is complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
Feedback
Feedback may be used to improve the service, provided it does not contain confidential or patient-identifiable information.
